Microchip Technology Teeny™ series MIC5253-1-85BC5-TR is a 1.85V fixed output, 100mA positive linear voltage regulator. This low-dropout (LDO) regulator features a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and a typical dropout voltage of 0.3V at 100mA. The device offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance of 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 10kHz frequency range. Protection features include over current, over temperature, and under voltage lockout (UVLO). With an enable pin for power sequencing and a quiescent current of 100 µA, this regulator is well-suited for battery-powered applications and consumer electronics.
