Microchip Technology Teeny™ series MIC5253-1-5BC5-TR is a fixed 1.5V positive linear voltage regulator. This device delivers up to 100mA output current with a low quiescent current of 100 µA. Featuring an enable pin for power control, it offers robust protection with over current, over temperature, and under voltage lockout (UVLO) capabilities.
