Microchip Technology MIC5252-4-75BML-TR is a fixed 4.75V positive linear voltage regulator with an output current capability of 150mA. This device features a low dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA and a quiescent current of 150µA, with a maximum supply current of 200µA. The regulator includes an Enable pin for control and protection features such as over-current, over-temperature, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO).
