Microchip Technology MIC5252-2-8BML-TR is a fixed 2.8V, 150mA linear voltage regulator with a low quiescent current of 150 µA. This device features an enable pin for power saving and offers robust protection including over-current, over-temperature, and under-voltage lockout. With a maximum input voltage of 6V and a dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA, it delivers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 63dB to 48dB across 10Hz to 10kHz.
