Microchip Technology's MIC5208-3-3BMM-TR is a dual, fixed 3.3V output linear voltage regulator with independent enable pins. Each output provides 50mA current capability with a low dropout voltage of 0.5V at 50mA. This device features over-current, over-temperature, and reverse polarity protection. The quiescent current is 750µA, and the supply current is 1.2mA maximum. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in an 8-MSOP package on tape and reel.
