The Microchip Technology MIC2219-PSBML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. Featuring two independent regulators with fixed outputs of 3V and 3.3V, this component delivers 150mA and 300mA respectively. Its low quiescent current of 80 µA and high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB to 40dB from 1kHz contribute to efficient operation. The device includes over-current and over-temperature protection. With a 0.25V dropout at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, it operates from an input voltage up to 5.5V. The MIC2219-PSBML-TR is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, suitable for surface mounting, and is delivered on tape and reel.
