Microchip Technology MIC2215-PPGBML-TR is a triple output linear voltage regulator. This device provides three fixed positive outputs of 3V, 3V, and 1.8V, each capable of delivering up to 250mA. It features a low quiescent current of 150 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. The dropout voltage is a maximum of 275mV at a 250mA load for each output. The regulator includes enable functionality and protection features such as over current and over temperature shutdown. With a PSRR ranging from 70dB to 45dB across a 100Hz to 1kHz frequency band, it is suitable for noise-sensitive applications. This surface mount component is supplied in a 16-MLF® (4x4) package on tape and reel. It finds application in portable electronics, battery-powered devices, and consumer electronics.
