The Microchip Technology MIC2215-AAAYML is a three-output positive adjustable linear voltage regulator. Each output is capable of delivering up to 250mA with a low dropout voltage of 275mV at 250mA. This device features an enable pin for control and offers protection against over current and over temperature conditions. With a quiescent current of 150µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator's input voltage range extends up to 5.5V, and the adjustable output can be set from 1.25V up to 5.225V. The MIC2215-AAAYML is provided in a 16-MLF® (4x4) surface-mount package, making it ideal for compact designs in the consumer electronics and industrial equipment sectors. It exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 70dB to 45dB across a 100Hz to 1kHz frequency range.
