Microchip Technology's MIC2214-WSBML-TR is a dual output, fixed voltage linear regulator. This device offers a 1.6V output capable of sourcing 150mA and a 3.3V output capable of sourcing 300mA, both with a low dropout voltage of 0.25V and 0.42V at their respective maximum currents. The regulator features enable and power-on reset control functions. Protection mechanisms include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. With a quiescent current of 80 µA, this component is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The device operates from an input voltage up to 5.5V and across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
