Microchip Technology's MIC2214-SWYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This component provides a 3.3V output capable of 150mA and a 1.6V output capable of 300mA. It features a low quiescent current of 80 µA and a voltage dropout of 0.25V at 150mA for the 3.3V output and 0.42V at 300mA for the 1.6V output. The regulator includes enable and power-on reset control features, along with over-current and over-temperature protection.
