The Microchip Technology MIC2214-SWBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed voltage linear regulator designed for efficient power management. This device provides a 3.3V output at 150mA and a 1.6V output at 300mA, featuring low quiescent current of 80µA. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, it offers excellent performance. The regulator includes Enable and Power On Reset control features, along with over-current and over-temperature protection. Its power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranges from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum.
