Microchip Technology's MIC2214-SGBML-TR is a dual-output linear voltage regulator IC. This component provides fixed 3.3V and 1.8V outputs, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, utilizing Tape & Reel (TR) for efficient handling. Key control features include an Enable function and a Power-On Reset signal. Protection is afforded by integrated over-current and over-temperature circuitry.
