Microchip Technology's MIC2214-PWYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed voltage linear regulator. This device provides a 3V output capable of 150mA and a 1.6V output capable of 300mA. Designed for efficient operation, it features a low quiescent current of 80 µA and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The low dropout voltage, 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, makes it suitable for battery-powered applications. The regulator is housed in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package and supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly. Its integrated enable and power-on reset functions simplify system design. This component finds application in portable electronics, automotive systems, and industrial control.
