Microchip Technology MIC2214-NNYML-TR is a dual output, fixed voltage linear regulator. This LDO regulator provides 2.85V at each output, with one output capable of sourcing 150mA and the other 300mA. The MIC2214-NNYML-TR features a low quiescent current of 80 µA and includes enable and power-on reset control functions.
