The Microchip Technology MIC2214-NNBML-TR is a dual output, fixed voltage linear regulator IC. This device provides two independent positive fixed outputs at 2.85V each, with one regulator capable of delivering up to 150mA and the other up to 300mA. The voltage dropout is specified at 0.25V for the 150mA output and 0.42V for the 300mA output, both at their respective maximum currents. Key control features include an Enable pin and a Power On Reset function. Protection mechanisms such as over current and over temperature are integrated. The regulator offers a typical quiescent current of 80 µA and exhibits good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance between 60dB at 1kHz and 40dB at 20kHz. The input voltage range extends up to 5.5V. This component is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, suitable for surface mounting.
