Microchip Technology MIC2214-MPYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two positive voltage outputs of 2.8V and 3V, capable of sourcing 150mA and 300mA respectively. It features a low quiescent current of 80 µA and offers excellent PSRR performance, ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. Control features include an enable pin and a power-on reset function. Protection mechanisms such as over-current and over-temperature shutdown are integrated. The voltage dropout is 0.25V at 150mA for the 2.8V output and 0.42V at 300mA for the 3V output, with a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. The regulator is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, suitable for surface mounting, and is provided on tape and reel.
