Microchip Technology MIC2214-MPBML-TR is a dual, positive fixed-output linear voltage regulator. This device offers two independent output voltages of 2.8V and 3V, capable of supplying up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. The voltage dropout is characterized at 0.25V for the 150mA output and 0.42V for the 300mA output at maximum load. Featuring an enable pin and power-on reset, the MIC2214-MPBML-TR provides robust protection against overcurrent and overtemperature conditions. Its quiescent current is rated at 80 µA. The regulator operates within a wide input voltage range up to 5.5V. Power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance ranges from 60dB at 1KHz down to 40dB at 20kHz. Supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package on tape and reel, this component is suitable for applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.
