Microchip Technology MIC2214-LMYML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two precisely regulated output voltages of 2.7V and 2.8V, with maximum output currents of 150mA and 300mA respectively. The MIC2214-LMYML-TR features low quiescent current of 80 µA and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB at 1KHz to 40dB at 20kHz. It incorporates overcurrent and overtemperature protection, as well as an enable and power-on reset control feature. The low dropout voltage characteristics are 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. This component is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package and is available on tape and reel (TR). It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, portable devices, and power management systems.
