The Microchip Technology MIC2214-LMBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator designed for high-performance applications. This device provides two independent positive regulated outputs, 2.7V and 2.8V, with a maximum output current of 150mA and 300mA respectively. Featuring low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for battery-powered systems. The low dropout voltage, 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, maximizes battery life. Control features include an Enable pin for power sequencing and a Power-On Reset output. Protection is provided against over-current and over-temperature conditions. The regulator exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range. It is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package for surface mounting and is delivered on tape and reel. This component finds application in portable electronics, automotive systems, and industrial controls.
