The Microchip Technology MIC2214-KKYML is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent regulated outputs, each capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively, with a dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. Designed for surface mounting, it is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package.
