Microchip Technology MIC2214-JQYML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. It provides 2.5V and 3.1V outputs with respective current capabilities of 150mA and 300mA. The MIC2214 features low dropout voltage, with a maximum of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. It includes an enable function and a power-on reset signal. Quiescent current is 80 µA.
