Microchip Technology MIC2214-JMYML-TR is a dual-output, positive fixed voltage linear regulator. This device provides two independent outputs, 2.5V and 2.8V, capable of sourcing 150mA and 300mA respectively. The regulator exhibits a low dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. With a quiescent current of 80 µA and a PSRR performance of 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz range, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. Control is managed via an Enable pin and a Power-On Reset function. This component is housed in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package and is supplied on tape and reel. Applications include consumer electronics, portable devices, and automotive systems.
