Microchip Technology's MIC2214-JMBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device offers one output at 2.5V and a second at 2.8V, capable of supplying up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. The device features low quiescent current of 80 µA and low dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. Control features include an Enable pin and a Power-On Reset function.
