Microchip Technology's MIC2214-JGBML-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive outputs of 2.5V and 1.8V, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. It features separate enable pins for each output and a power-on reset function. The quiescent current is 80 µA, making it suitable for power-sensitive applications. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator exhibits a high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB down to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range.
