The Microchip Technology MIC2214-GPYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator designed for efficient power delivery in demanding applications. This component features independent outputs of 1.8V and 3V, capable of sourcing 150mA and 300mA respectively. With a low quiescent current of 80 µA and excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range, it is well-suited for battery-powered and noise-sensitive systems. The device incorporates enable and power-on reset control features, along with over-current and over-temperature protection for robust operation.
