The Microchip Technology MIC2214-GOYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive output voltages: 1.8V and 2.9V, capable of sourcing up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. Featuring a low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator offers excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. Control is managed via an Enable pin and a Power-On Reset signal. The device operates from an input voltage up to 5.5V and features dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. It is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) surface-mount package, presented on tape and reel. This component finds application in portable electronics and battery-powered devices.
