Microchip Technology MIC2214-GMYML-TR is a dual-output, low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive output voltages of 1.8V and 2.8V, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, the MIC2214-GMYML-TR features excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range. Quiescent current is rated at 80µA. Protection features include over current and over temperature. Control is managed via an Enable pin and a Power On Reset function. The component is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, suitable for surface mounting and provided on tape and reel. Typical applications include portable electronics, battery-powered devices, and power management systems.
