The Microchip Technology MIC2214-GKYML-TR is a dual-output, high-performance linear voltage regulator. This device provides one fixed 1.8V output capable of sourcing up to 300mA and a second fixed 2.6V output with a 150mA current capability. Featuring low quiescent current of 80 µA, the MIC2214-GKYML-TR is designed for power-sensitive applications. Key control features include an enable pin and a power-on reset function. Protection is provided through over-current and over-temperature circuitry. The regulator exhibits a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB to 40dB across a frequency range of 1kHz to 20kHz. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, this regulator is suitable for use in portable electronics and automotive systems. Packaged in a 10-MLF® (3x3) in tape and reel (TR), it is designed for surface mounting.
