The Microchip Technology MIC2214-FMYML-TR is a dual-output, high-performance linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive outputs of 1.5V and 2.8V, delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. With a low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator features an input voltage range up to 5.5V and exhibits excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) performance from 60dB at 1KHz down to 40dB at 20kHz. Protection mechanisms include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. Control features consist of an enable pin and a power-on reset function. The MIC2214-FMYML-TR is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) surface-mount package, presented on a tape and reel. Dropout voltage is rated at 0.25V for the 150mA output and 0.42V for the 300mA output at their respective maximum currents.
