Microchip Technology MIC2213-GSYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package. This device provides two independent positive fixed outputs of 1.8V and 3.3V, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. It features low quiescent current of 80 µA and a low dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA for the 1.8V output and 0.42V at 300mA for the 3.3V output. Control features include Enable and Power On Reset.
