The Microchip Technology MIC2213-GNBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides 1.8V and 2.85V outputs with maximum current capabilities of 150mA and 300mA respectively. It features low quiescent current at 80 µA and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of up to 60dB at 1kHz, transitioning to 40dB at 20kHz. Dropout voltage is specified at 0.25V for the 150mA output and 0.42V for the 300mA output. Control features include enable and power-on reset.
