Microchip Technology MIC2213-AAYML-TR is a dual, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This adjustable output device offers two independent output configurations, capable of sourcing up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. The device features a wide input voltage range up to 5.5V and provides stable outputs with a typical dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. Key control features include an enable pin and a power-on reset function. Protection mechanisms such as over-current and over-temperature shutdown are integrated for enhanced reliability. The quiescent current is a low 80 µA. The MIC2213-AAYML-TR is supplied in a 16-MLF® (4x4) package, suitable for surface mounting and delivered on tape and reel (TR). Its performance characteristics make it suitable for applications in consumer electronics and industrial systems.
