Microchip Technology MIC2212-SVBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator designed for high-performance applications. This device provides two independent positive output voltages, 3.3V and 3.6V, with maximum output currents of 150mA and 300mA respectively. The MIC2212-SVBML-TR features low quiescent current of 80 µA and exhibits excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. Key control features include an Enable pin and a Power-On Reset output. Protection mechanisms are integrated, offering over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The voltage dropout for the 3.3V output is 0.25V at 150mA, and for the 3.6V output, it is 0.42V at 300mA. The input voltage range extends up to 5.5V. This component is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) surface-mount package and is available on tape and reel. It finds application in portable electronics and power management systems.
