Microchip Technology MIC2212-SMYML-TR is a dual output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides 3.3V at 150mA and 2.8V at 300mA, with a low quiescent current of 80 µA. Dropout voltages are 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. The regulator features enable and power-on reset control functions, along with over-current and over-temperature protection.
