Microchip Technology MIC2212-SJYML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides 3.3V and 2.5V outputs, capable of delivering 150mA and 300mA respectively. The MIC2212-SJYML-TR features a low quiescent current of 80 µA, suitable for battery-powered applications. Dropout voltage is 0.25V at 150mA for the 3.3V output and 0.42V at 300mA for the 2.5V output. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. Control is managed via an Enable pin and a Power-On Reset signal. The regulator operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and accepts an input voltage up to 5.5V. Its high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB to 40dB from 1kHz to 20kHz makes it ideal for noise-sensitive applications in consumer electronics and industrial systems. The component is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package on tape and reel.
