Microchip Technology MIC2212-PSBML-TR is a dual-output, low dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides a stable 3V output and a 3.3V output, each capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. The regulator features independent enable pins and a power-on reset function for enhanced control. With a low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. Protection features include over current and over temperature shutdown. The device exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance of 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range. The input voltage range is up to 5.5V, and typical dropout voltages are 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. This component is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, suitable for surface mounting, and is delivered on tape and reel.
