Microchip Technology MIC2212-PPYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed 3V linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive outputs, one rated at 150mA and the other at 300mA, from a single input voltage up to 5.5V. Featuring low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for battery-powered applications. Dropout voltage is 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator offers a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of up to 60dB at 1kHz, reducing noise from the input supply. Control features include an Enable pin and a Power-On Reset (POR) signal. The MIC2212-PPYML-TR is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package on tape and reel, designed for surface mounting.
