Microchip Technology's MIC2212-PNYML-TR is a dual-output, positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two regulated outputs at 3V and 2.85V, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. Featuring low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for battery-powered applications. The regulator boasts excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz, and includes overcurrent and overtemperature protection. The MIC2212-PNYML-TR operates from an input voltage up to 5.5V and offers voltage dropout characteristics of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. Control features include an enable pin and a power-on reset function. Housed in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, this surface-mount component is supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly.
