The Microchip Technology MIC2212-MMBML-TR is a dual-output, positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device offers two independent output rails, each capable of sourcing up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. The fixed output voltages are set at 2.8V for both channels. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package, delivered on tape and reel. Key features include low quiescent current of 80 µA, enabling efficient operation in battery-powered systems. Protection mechanisms such as over-current and over-temperature shutdown are integrated. The regulator exhibits good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. Dropout voltage is specified at 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. Control features include an enable pin and a power-on reset function.
