The Microchip Technology MIC2212-LPBML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This 10-MLF® (3x3) packaged device offers one output at 2.7V and another at 3V, with current capabilities of 150mA and 300mA respectively. Featuring low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for battery-powered applications. The device includes Enable and Power-On Reset control features and protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and dropout voltages of 0.25V @ 150mA and 0.42V @ 300mA, it delivers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range.
