The Microchip Technology MIC2212-LOBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, precisely regulated at 2.7V and 2.9V, with maximum output currents of 150mA and 300mA respectively. The MIC2212-LOBML-TR features low quiescent current of 80 µA and low dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA for the 2.7V output. Control features include an Enable pin and a Power-On Reset function. Protection circuitry is integrated for over current and over temperature conditions. With a wide input voltage range up to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, this regulator is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, portable devices, and industrial control systems. The component is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) surface-mount package, provided on tape and reel (TR).
