The Microchip Technology MIC2212-KNYML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent regulated outputs, 2.6V and 2.85V, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. With a low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is suitable for battery-powered applications. The regulator features an input voltage range up to 5.5V and exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The low dropout voltage, 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, enhances efficiency. Control features include an enable pin and a power-on reset output. Supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, this surface-mount component is designed for operation across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and finds application in portable electronics, mobile devices, and various power management systems.
