Microchip Technology MIC2212-JSYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides one 2.5V output capable of 300mA and a second 3.3V output capable of 150mA. The MIC2212-JSYML-TR features low quiescent current of 80 µA and low dropout voltages of 250mV at 150mA and 420mV at 300mA. Protection features include overcurrent and overtemperature shutdown. It also offers an enable pin and a power-on reset function. The regulator operates from an input voltage up to 5.5V and is housed in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, supplied on tape and reel.
