Microchip Technology MIC2212-GMYML-TR is a dual output, fixed voltage linear regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, 1.8V and 2.8V, with maximum output currents of 150mA and 300mA respectively. The regulator features low quiescent current of 80 µA and offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. Protection features include over current and over temperature shutdown. The MIC2212-GMYML-TR operates from an input voltage range up to 5.5V and is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) surface-mount package, presented on tape and reel for automated assembly.
