Microchip Technology MIC2212-DOYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This 10-MLF® (3x3) packaged device provides stable 1.85V and 2.9V outputs, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. With a low quiescent current of 80 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator features enable and power-on reset control functions, alongside over-current and over-temperature protection. Dropout voltage is rated at 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. The device exhibits a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range.
