Microchip Technology's MIC2211-WMBML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device offers independent 1.6V and 2.8V outputs, each capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. Featuring an Enable pin for control and low quiescent current of 80 µA, it is designed for efficient power management in battery-powered applications. The regulator incorporates over-current and over-temperature protection for enhanced reliability. With a wide input voltage range up to 5.5V, it provides excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. The voltage dropout is 0.25V at 150mA for the 1.6V output and 0.42V at 300mA for the 2.8V output. Supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package, this surface-mount component is suitable for use in portable electronics, consumer devices, and industrial control systems.
