The Microchip Technology MIC2211-VVBML-TR is a dual, fixed 3.6V output linear voltage regulator offering 150mA and 300mA current capabilities. This device features independent enable pins for each output, providing flexible control. With a low quiescent current of 80 µA and excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of up to 60dB at 1kHz, it is well-suited for battery-powered applications. The regulator operates from an input voltage range of up to 5.5V and exhibits dropout voltages of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. Packaged in a 10-MLF® (3x3) surface-mount configuration and supplied on tape and reel, this component is utilized in consumer electronics, personal computing, and communication systems.
