The Microchip Technology MIC2211-SSBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed 3.3V positive linear voltage regulator. This device delivers 150mA from one output and 300mA from the second, with a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Dropout voltages are specified at 0.25V for the 150mA output and 0.42V for the 300mA output, both at their respective maximum currents. Quiescent current is 80µA. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator offers a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range and includes an enable control feature.
