The Microchip Technology MIC2211-SMYML-TR is a dual output, fixed voltage linear regulator IC. It provides a 3.3V output at 150mA and a 2.8V output at 300mA, with a low quiescent current of 80µA. This device features excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 60dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz, and is designed for surface mount applications. The regulator includes enable control, over-current, and over-temperature protection features. Dropout voltage is specified at 0.25V for the 150mA output and 0.42V for the 300mA output at their respective maximum currents. The input voltage range extends up to 5.5V. This component is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, portable devices, and battery-powered systems. The MIC2211-SMYML-TR is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package on tape and reel.
