Microchip Technology MIC2211-PSBML-TR is a dual-output, low quiescent current linear voltage regulator. This device provides fixed 3V and 3.3V outputs with current capabilities of 150mA and 300mA, respectively. It features an enable pin for power control and offers excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB to 40dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz range. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. With a low dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA and 0.42V at 300mA, and an input voltage range up to 5.5V, it is suitable for battery-powered applications. The regulator operates from -40°C to 125°C and is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package on tape and reel. This component is commonly utilized in portable electronics and power management systems.
